School starts in about a week and I have no clue what I should wear on the first day. Sometimes I dress girly or tomboyish, depends on my mood. And I'm all about comfort. Any ideas?
Thanks (:
Ps. I'm starting 8th grade if that matters or not

I can't believe you all get to wear what you want to school. I had to wear a uniform from the age 4/5 until I was 17.

@corcor it really depends, some private schools/ Christian academy's require uniform, but it is common here to wear whatever you like (inside the dress code, of course)

Try to keep in innocent but cute and not to girly, honestly I'd keep it casual because its a generic outfit to help you make friends with many different people because you don't know who you might come across. (I mean if you lie black and short skirts and you wear that, you might scares people who don't know you) so I'd just keep it generic unless you know what kind of people you want to attract as friends or people to talk to. All your choice though! I wore an oversized sweater with tight skinny jeans and black bow flats. And I had my hair up in a messy bun and kept my makeup aegyo ish style with big eyes and an ombré lip.

I think it's a lot better having a set uniform, especially for those who may not be able to afford the trends and feel ashamed or get bully for that reason.

@carly I agree. I wouldn't mind having a uniform because then I won't have to worry about what I'm going to wear tomorrow

I know you want to probably go all out for school on the first day, but don't, just wear something you would on every day basis :)

Ah thanks I was just wondering - I never knew thAt. Yeah I'm glad I wore a uniform I bet it's a lot of stress and competition at that age - and I imagine people get bullied for that reason - shame 😔

I don't think bullying for clothing is as common now, people have become more accepting, but I wish I had a uniform they're so cute and a lot easier than picking out an outfit
