Your makeup is good but doing it on someone else is completely doing. You could do it great, 100% flawless, on yourself and yet when you do it on someone else it looks like a 2yr old with a marker, haha. Definitely see if any of your lady (or even guy) friends will let you practice on them. Good luck sweetie. I am trying to start as well.

When we do makeup on ourselves its one thing. We have a lifetime to master our own faces. We can pull contort stretch and tug at ourselves. Doing makeup on another person is a whole different animal. You seem to have the right ideas and techniques so maybe try to post some work on models so we can answer better.
