Best Black Lipstick?

I'm seeking to buy a black lipstick (or REALLY dark plum) that is highly pigmented, has minimal to no-feathering and something that won't fade easily! Something that kind of locks to your lips and won't easily get all over your teeth and everything else. Any recommendations? I'm looking at Obsessive Compulsive lip tars, Lime Crime's, maybe MAC? ... Love to hear anything you've tried and been impressed with. Thank you so much :)

The OCC lip tar in Tarred is great. I like to exfoliate before applying it and that seems to help adhere it quite smoothly. As long as you conceal around your lips and set it with a powder afterwards, it stays in place for quite a while. I would just suggest not applying a huge amount all in one go. I find the lip tars work better when you build them up, so the layers have time to dry a little in between. Hope this helps!

I'm going to have to agree with both Ashley and Mandy, Tarred is amazing. For me personally, Lip Tars tend to bleed out on my lips so I always make sure to use Too Faced Borderline when wearing any Lip Tars.
