You can get the hard candy glamoflauge concealer in your shade and mix with 1-2 pumps of your moisturizer and use it as a bb cream since the concealer is only $6 at walmart! You can use yoir fingers or the spongss from the dollar store and damp it for application. Get any mascara you want! Nyc mascaras are pretty good and I recommend the maybelline ones as well! Wet n wild blushes are really nice and pigmented and are around $2-$4. For lips go for a tinted pink lipbalm or nude or a sheer red. Hard candy, wet n wild and maybelline all have them! :))

P.s the reason why you can mix the concealer witj moisturizer is because its so heavy duty you only need hqlf a pea size to cover your entire face! It comess with sooo much product it could last you more than a year for $6! Instead of buying a seperate foundation ir bb cream, just mix with moisturizer and it'll be the same as store boight! :)

Almost everything from ELF is pretty good & incredibly cheap if you order online, it's legitimately $1-$5. But like Oksana said, just read some reviews first because some isn't the best.
