This year, I'm going into year 11 (I'll be 16 in October). I don't usually wear makeup to school, but since next year I'll be starting college I think it would be better to get into a daily routine now.
For school, we're not allowed to wear bright colours. I was wondering if anyone could help me find a good makeup look that will still let me keep within rules.
Thank you in advance!! :-)

I would just do eye liner and a color eye shadow that's a little bit darker that your skin color and mascara.
