I've been wanting a skirt like this only problem is I have big hips big butt and thighs so every skirt I get rises up its embarrassing needing help.

I have the same problem! I usually just go up 1 size and tailor it to my needs

I have the same problem! High waisted skater skirts are really good as they sit high and skim over hips and thighs.
