A really good way I clean is my nails is I get a wooden nail stick to scrap out any dirt under then I soak them in hot soapy water you can get nail brushes and scrub them to make them nice and clean :) hope this helps!

You can also dab on hydrogen peroxide onto your nails to help clean stains that may be left behind by other polishes. It will dry out your cuticles though so use cuticle oil afterwards.

Baking soda and lemon works well--soak your nails in warm water for about 3-5 minutes then rub the Baking soda paste on the tops and bottoms of your nails (either with your finger or an old toothbrush) and let it sit for 5 or so minutes then rinse off. if you think lemon would be too harsh them just use water.
use tea tree oil on your nails after to help strengthen them, and if you find that they're dry even aft the tea tree oil then use coconut oil

When I was a kid my mom told me to wash my hands, scratch the soap bar, dry my hands, let the soap sit for 2 mins, clean soap from under the nails with a tooth pick or nail file. I still do it to this day and it leaves my nails cleaner than ever.

Baking soda and an old tooth brush! Whitening toothpaste works really well, too.
