iTip Bright color extentions

In the fall I'm going to be dying my hair brown black and want to get colored extensions (not clip in ones though like "permanent" ones) as in red, blue, pink etc put in my hair instead of highlighting my actual hair those colors. The thing is I've been looking everywhere for them and I either a) only find synthetic hair ones or b) sets of like 5 strands for $20 which is imo expensive. If any of you guys know of any websites to purchase them or something similar I would be so grateful :D
