Homecoming mess up

Ok. So the dress I bought I might not have by homecoming so I'll have to baro my friends. It is white with some sparkles for the shoulders. Also pretty much a pencil dress. Need makeup and hair ideas.

Sorry I don't have a picture right now of the dress.

Since the dress is white, I would go for a white shimmery eyeshadow and black liner and mascara. Use waterproof because we all know how hot it gets at dances! Also go for a bright lip (I prefer red) to complete the look. Go for a pretty updo (maybe an intricate braid or simple chigon) for an easy style.
