Liquid: I suggest Wet n Wild liquid liner in black They have it available in other colors but I love this one and it's brush I have repurchased it its awesome and very easy to apply and if you mess up it comes off
Pencil: Nk has some great ones for only a $1
I use these and I love them they work so well and are very inexpensive the liquid liner I purchased at rite aid for $1.99 and I got my nk pencil liner from the 99cents store or $1 store

Wet n wild eyeliner the brush is perfect and it makes it easier to do wrong liner for those who have a hard time.

It depends what you're looking for!

Pencil- the NK one is great for smudging, another one great for smudging is the loreal infallible, it's super soft

For things like the water line etc.where you don't want it to spread around, use Maybeline unstoppable pencil or the Rimmel London Soft Kohl

For liquid - The essence liquid liner is amazing, it's super black and stays all day. For great control the Revlon Colorstay gel liner is just great the brush is so firm.
