I recommend getting a prescription cream called Epiduo! It works like magic and I have gotten results from using it the day after!

You should probably stop using whatever products you are using as they could very well be the cause of this. It's a good idea not to wear makeup to let your skin breathe, you can also get an acne treatment or wash if you feel like you need it.

I'm just don't know if it's acne or a reaction to products. Because I know if I use acne cleanser or any acne products it dries you out which sometimes makes you breakout more.

Benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid should work. I had the same type of breakout and in just under a week of using both products, I was almost spot free!

You only break out more from using acne products if you don't use a moisturiser along with them. Because the products are drying your skin, you will produce more oily to combat the dryness and, in doing so clog your pores, creating more spots.

Also drink a lot of water and eat fruit---- helps have a great complexion. Stop with any products that are new. Let your skin breathe and don't wear make up for a couple of days. Good luck
