Try highliter benefit has a good one and so does physicians formula also there are certain foundations that give a dewy look but you should do a little research the product to prevent looking oily.

Also use shimmery blush it makes your cheeks look glowy I use tartes cheek stain and covergirls classic color in rose silk.

Depends what looks good on you I personally prefer more rosy colored blushes as long as you use a light hand I'll post a pic.

It's not super pigmented and if you blend it out it hopefully will bring a little color to your face or you could find a blush color lighter then that.

I use MAC Mineralized Moisture Cover Foundation. It's the perfect foundation to give you really dewy skin (I have combination/oily skin). Its about $35 bucks, so a little pricey. As far as blush, there is a blush by the brand ELF at Target that I LOVE. It comes in a duo along with a bronzer. It's called "Contouring Bronzer and Blush" duo, I think. Lastly, everyone always says to highlight. If you don't want to shell out major bucks for an expensive highlighter from Sephora or MAC, a champagne/shimmery eyeshadow works great.
