I love Urban Decay's 24/7 liner in Perversion, it is the blackest black! The elf cream liner IS a really nice creamy liner also, I find all my elf products either at Target or through their website.

@Marie: If you have a Target near you, you can buy it there. Or you can order it from their website.

My favorite eyeliners have to be the E.L.F cream liners, Milani Eye Tech Extreme, and Urban Decay's 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Liner, all in the darkest shades they have.

i will definalty be picking up urban decays 24/7 in perversion but im also looking for a liquid ... thats is super black . and we dont have targets in canada yet but they just bought out zellers so they should be here soon .

MUFE aqua eyes are good. Also Illamasqua medium pencils are very nice.
