Well you don't really need that much!! :)
-masacra (falsies by maybelline)
-lipbalm (like babylips the neon one in strike of rose)
Bb cream!! IF you NEED it to help coverup
And maybe a cream blush IF you want and NEED!!

It usually depends on the age... I would just recommend mascara and a lipbalm, but as you grow older gragitate to like bb cream/blush/concealer/etc.

Primer foundation (spend more on these products and you can cheap the rest) blush and bronzer and a cheek and lip tint

Bb- called blemish balms or beauty balms
Has benefits for your skin as well
Cc- is a colour corrector, if you have a discolouration and you wanna have your skintone even
