The best skin tip I can give anyone for soft, clear, radiant skin is WATER. Drinking water can do wonders for your skin, like getting rid of acne.

Hey Girl,
Diet is the number one best thing for your skin so you glow from the inside out. My top Skin foods are, Green/Nettle Tea, Avacado's, Almonds, Watermelon & Cherries and of course water which helps cleanse the body getting rid of nasty toxins.
Hope that helps! Laura Xx

Every second day before you go to bed put a few drops of oil on your face and rub it in. When you wakeup in the morning make sure to wash it off with luke warm water! Your face will be left feeling cleansed and radiant!
