You should exfoliate 1-2 times a week

Depends on the kind. Some are daily exfoliates but if it isn't once a week

Yes, it depends. I use Burt's Bees citrus facial scrub and it's gentle enough that I can use it every day if I choose to. It depends on how sensitive your skin is too. But if its super abrasive and/or an acne fighting one I would use it once a week because one like that will probably be very harsh. The Burt's bees one I use is like a paste you scoop out and add water to, and it's almost 100% natural so its very soft and gentle for a scrub.
