Acne please help

So school's coming up in less than a week for me and I keep getting pimples on my nose an they won't go away I've put acne cream on it and its not helping.do any of you know of something that will help it go away fast?it'd really help thanks!

Depends what kind of skin you have, if its dry, use a seabuckthorn or coconut oil ( both are anti-inflammatory ) if you have oily skin, exfoliate and wash your face gently and no more than twice daily, or else you may irritate it. Also, drink tons of water! Try and cut Brest and grains (if you can) out of your diet, and also milk and junk food cause these cause inflammation in the skin. If you can't not eat these, lower your intake and fill up on protein like tofu or meat and veggies/fruit. Clay masks also help if your skin is oily
