If I know what eye shadows I will be using and they tend to have fallout I will do my eyes first. If not I typically do foundation first, then I conceal and blemishes visible through foundation, and then I do my eyes.

definitely eyes first, then foundation! otherwise, you will get fall out from the eyeshadow & will have to start all over with your foundation.

It really all depends on how much fallout you get from your eyeshadows.

Im guilty of doing it different ways. Every day is different. Sometimes i apply everything first (lotion, foundation, blush, etc) and then eye makeup. And then sometimes i do eyes first, and everything else after. But i always dab a little lotion to my eye lids if im not doing foundation first- because my eyelids are dry ;( lol I have no clue why. But if i dont do this, my lil eyeshadow's look crusty... hehehe And if your having a issue with fallout- Try "Shadow Shields" they are genius.

Heavy eye I will apply my bb or tinted moisturizer last. If its simple and I know there won't be any fall-out then I will go the other way around.

I apply foundation first then eyes when I tried the other way it feels like I really can't apply my foundation like I want because I don't want to mess up my eyes

in my case, it depends on the type of eyeshadow make up. if it's intense like smokey eye it's better to do the eye first in case of any fallout.. but on natural makeup, i usually do bb cream first. (i use bb cream instead of foundation)

I do a lot of smoky eyes so I usually do my eyeshadow first.. if any eyeshadow were to fall on my face, I'd have to take off my foundation and do it all over again. I can't just cover it up with concealer, it looks bad to me. I usually go back and blend my eyeshadow once more after foundation and add my brow highlight after, of course.
