I have kinda dry skin but its super dry under my eyes. I always moisturizer and all but no matter what if I apply conclear under my eyes it gets all speckly looking and stuff I don't know.. any suggestions?

Maybe try a heavier moisturizer like a thick one! Oh and a good creamy concealer is MAC studio finish!!

Paige omg me too Its so annoying! Just use a silicone based primer under your eyes to smooth out the skin. I mean, no matter how thick my moisturizer is my under eyes are always flaky. :(
