Sometimes I use my sponges that I just get at the dollar store and gives the most natural dewy look and sometimes I use my fingers for better coverage! :)

I use a brush :) it's just easiest and doesn't transfer bacteria. Sponges are so hard to clean thoroughly!

It depends on the foundation. I like the Revlon Colorstay with a sponge (just a simple white triangle sponge) my beauty blender for my Bourjois healthy mix, my fingers for my benefit hello flawless and a brush for my Estée Lauder doublewear. Those are my usual foundations right now. But I think it just depends on the foundation

I love using a foundation brush, its easier to clean, gives a smooth/even coverage and doesn't take long to apply foundation all over the face :)

Brush or sponge because it applies the makeup more evenly throughout your face giving you more of an "air brushed" finished. Sigma brushes are the best but MAC is good and so is eco too and good techniques!

Brushh! There easy to wash & a sponge generally absorbs more product than it puts on your face, I also find using my hands gives me poor & uneven converage! Just my opinion though.
