Maybelline's is great! Nice and creamy, good coverage, the colour of it is my fav part. It neutralizes the dark circles without the need for a lot and it brightens without looking white or ashy. :)

Here! The first one is for more pinky undertone! And middle is a neutral warm, and then there's the last one which is the darkest.

I prefer Maybelline, plus I heard that the garnier one contains alcohol which is really bad for your under eyes.
