I think that look was trending in Japan at some point. I would keep it simple. Dark super skinny jeans and maybe a white vneck to tuck in.

They are STILL big! They are usually used for raves and such but I have seen them rocked with skinny jeans and a white or black v-neck or tank top and black heels!
