A great liquid eyeliner that i love to use is the NYC New York color liquid eyeliner because you get good control with the applicator and its a very strong color but the only down fall i dislike about this liquid eyeliner is if its raining or you get tearful or something it will start to run, but other wise its great for me and its cheap only 2 or 3 dollars where i live

I use Revlon Color Stay and I love it! I use it every day and it lasts me a while...I think it's about $5 at WalMart. I've also heard good things about the Wet n Wild one.

i agree with Jamie B!! i love loreal linuer intense in carbon black is super super black way more pigimented than lancomes art liner but they same applicator and formula

Well, I think the Urban Decay 24/7 waterproof liquid liner and the Stila waterproof one are amazingggg. I use both and I love them. I like the Stila for black and the UD one for different colors. They both work really well and dry quickly. Although if you're looking for something cheaper, I don't think I can help but those are my two recommendations. They're worth the money, truly.

Sephora collection and Wet n Wild are great ones that have a good price point ($12 and $4?) But if you want a GREAT long wear, waterproof matte liquid thats nice, try Stila's liquid liner($20). I love it!
