I currently have now faded red peek a boo highlights on black hair. I want to switch it up to like chestnut brown highlight. What is the process to do that?

I was going to buy a groupon for it. When I got in touch with the girl, she suggest I pay her instead rather than purchase groupon. And said she was going to do lift, tone 4 no extra charge. I just want to double check.

I would check somewhere else. if your red is light enough you won't have to lift it. just a toner. also, grouping is a pain in the butt for salons, so I'm site she would rather you just giver her the money instead of groupon. its not a huge process, so either way it should be fine.
