I think Biotin helps and I also hear that the shampoo Mane and Tail or something like that works as well?

I heard that scrubbing your scalp a little bit extra with shampoo helps it grow.

I take biotin and use mane n tail shampoo an conditioner coconut oil and olive oil helps also and folic acid , cod liver oil, many vitamins drinking water trims 3 times a year

Coconut oil. It grows my lashes like crazy, so I assume it'll work on hair on your head too.

F.a.s.t it's a shampoo & conditioner. you can order it online like on eBay. my hair grew about an inch every three months. you can look at reviews on YouTube about it, it works :)
