You have really nice nail wish mine would grow that perfect but I don't really know how to help lol I know smoking can cause yellowing and just giving your nails a break from all the polish might help them

Soaking nails in Hydrogen Peroxide and baking soda can eliminate the yellowing, and taking biotin or prenatal vitamins can help nourish nails!

Try using cuticle oil like Solar Oil regularly to help keep your nails nourished.
