Yes it definitely can! I use concealers for my contour / highlight a lot :)

Concealer may be ok depending on the texture because it can be a bit blotchy on the skin be very light handed with it you don't want it to be noticeable but try it out  :-)

Yes Tiff.. I hope you don't mind that name.. Lol I have that palette and I use it for that its not really heavy so I find it works pretty good for the price I also use it for a shadow base too... :)
