Wow your beautiful! If you really want to go brown,I'd say don't go too dark. A light brown would be nice! It would make your blue eyes pop out even more<33.

I have a firm belief that everyone looks beautiful in their natural hair color (I mean it didn't stop me from dying my hair all sorts of colors, but I think my dark brown suits me just as well). What matters most is that you have to love your hair and be comfortable with it, but keep in mind that it'll grow back. I honestly think you'll look great either way.
