Ummm I use a Moroccan oil shampoo and conditioner, and mane and tail... You can also use other essential oils (:

I had the same problem after bleaching my own hair. I tried every deep conditioner, and sure they made my hair softer, but it was still damaged badly. I'm sorry but the best thing to do is cut it!

Put coconut oil in as a conditioning mask. Whenever my hair is like that I put on some coconut oil, French braid my hair, leave it in overnight and wash it out in the morning. It really does help! Good luck!!

Heat olive oil in the microwave for 30 sec. on power 5 then stir and repeat until the oil is hot not just warm but hot enough where if you touch you hand to it it hurts. Then dip the ends of your hair until the damaged part ends and let it sit until the oil is cooled. Then take a shower and shampoo really good at the ends and condition really good. DO NOT GET THE OIL ABOVE THE BOTTOM OF YOUR EARS!

Avocado + egg white! Do this in the shower!

It can get really messy but the key is to massage your scalp! Beauty starts at the roots so make sure your scalp is well taken care of!

Also, get a nice haircut and go on a 2 week hair detox. I did braids and buns for two weeks to let me hair get back into the groove.

xo,

hope that helps
