You can make like wrinkles on your forehead and wear cheap lipsticks and big glasses.

To make wrinkles, the you can take a eyeliner pencil a few shades darker than your skin tone and draw lines where you'd typically see them on an older person. Ex: squint/crinkle your eyes tightly so you can see the "crowsfeet" lines and draw them in. Do that with your smile lines and also a few on your forehead.

Also maybe add some dark spots (with an eyeshadow a shade or so darker than the pencil you used) on your cheeks and forehead.
