Ipsy! I had both and eventually cancelled birch box. Ipsy is much better.

IPSY definitely, a lot of the products birch box gives you are deluxe or sample which you could get for free if you went to a counter and asked! IPSY has quite great sizes and a more customized range

I would say ipsy I watch eleventhgorgeous do like product smackdowns between the two boxes and ipsy is usually better.
