I used to bite my nails all the time! It's super hard to quit. Don't give up though ;)

I just recently stopped biting my nails and my motivation to stop was how long and pretty other girls natural nails were. It's a very hard habit and I want to bite them sometime but you just need to have willpower! :)

Try taping the top of your nails. It reminded me that I wasn't supposed to. Also I ALWAYS keep them fresh painted to I'm less tempted to bite because they look nice. If you look online there is a lot of resources and help with this!

I kicked the habit by having a picture of beautiful, natural nails on my wall :3 that sounds weird but it worked!

I bite my nails like crazy! I decided to get acrylics, which I have on right now. I think they work- but you HAVE to soak the nails off not rip them off cuz if you rip em your nails will rip. your nails will be so long but thin so add a strengthening clear coat after taking them off so they don't break. they'll eventually grow strong and within that time you should stop. it takes a lot of effort to not bite them when they have clear coat on though- I learned the hard way:(

It's been hard and I'm still struggling to stop biting but I haven't in like a month and a half which I'm pretty proud of :) whenever I'm tempted to bite, I just do something else with my hands like snap my fingers, or sit on them, so I can't bite and eventually I forget. And I always keep them painted.
