I've heard it's a pain but I've also heard it leave a great shape and the hair doesn't grow as fast. How much would it cost? Any tips?

I like getting mine threaded rather than anything else.
It take like 2weeks for my hair to grow back in after getting them threaded.
its like $15

Threading is really good. pain can be reduced by rubbing ice or applyin lots of talcum powder before threading.

The only actual difference between threading and waxing is the pain.
Threading is slow and painful. Wax is quick.
I've done both and I'm not going to sit here and glam one over the other. It truly depends on what you want. If your eyebrows are already shaped then get them waxed as it'll be neater and quick. If you want them shaped get them threaded but be advised your eye might start crying.

Threading gives better results I think and I think its easier to get the hard to reach hairs but waxing is less painful. Though like the poster above after I've had mine threaded I tend to get little spots where it's been done. though this goes in a couple of days think its normal where the skin has been irritated.

I ONLY get my eyebrows threaded. Threading gives you that structured look without taking too much off your brows. Its cheap (I pay R30 in South Africa which about $3) and you can do it just before a day out because it doesn't leave a rash and redness fades quickly. Going to a salon is over priced so I go to someone who works from home whe the teqhnique goes back for generations.

Ok I was going to get my done one day and there was a little wait so I got to watch it be done, I was disgusted because the ladies were putting the strings in their mouths when they moved the string. I don't know if this could spread any disease do to the fact that they pulp the hair out and their saliva gets in where the hair was pulled out😷

I love getting mine threaded. It lasts so much longer than waxed and it looks so much more defined. It doesn't hurt that much to me but I may just be used to pain. HOWEVER...A BIG HOWEVER...if you get them threaded, make sure the artist doesn't put the string in their mouth. To this day, I still don't know why majority of threaders do that but it is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! You may have to search a bit for threaders that don't put the thread in their mouth but it will be worth the search. Ughhh!

They look great I can't speak for the pain but my mom threads and I wax and I always think her brows look better than mine
