I use tissue paper. Buy some colorless tissue paper and dab it on the oily area. It's soaks up the oil.(:

-use a toner
-wash your face with warmer water than usual
-try using milk of magnesia on your nose
-carry blotting sheets so the oil doesn't sit around

Mix corn starch and water to make a paste, spread it on your face, and let it dry. Wash it off in the shower or gently at the sink. It might irritate or dry out your skin to start, but it gets rid of oil.
