Honestly it doesn't look horrible but it doesn't look like the picture really. I'd ask for a refund and go elsewhere next time :)

Maybe it's because you just washed it. Try a little styling. maybe you'll like it. it's a bit orange. what did you use?

In that picture I didn't put anything in it that was after I got home from the salon and it air dried and it was orange.

It doesn't look terrible but since its not what you wanted and they got it wrong even with a pic, you should go back again and tell them to fix it. explain how you've never been disappointed there before but that you want a refund and will take your business elsewhere if they can't get it right. believe me, they won't wanna lose business. also try a conditioning treatment, it looks dry. try k-pak reconstruction conditioner by joico...that's what I would do.

I know I should go back I'm just embarrassed bc I already went back once bc I told her it was orange and this was AFTER she "fixed" it - so I'm embarrassed to go back again and tell her I hate it lol.

You shouldn't be embarrassed. its your hair and your money. I've been through the same thing.

Don't be embarrassed you spent hard earned money and you wanted it to look a certain way and it's not even close doesn't look horrible but not the pic.

Blonde is a little high up. I'd buy some brown dye and just use fingers to comb through the roots down. I've heard more horror stories from hair dressers. sometimes we have to just do ourselves :) doesn't look terrible tho.

I'd put a 10 cb on your hair to tone it... Sally's probably has it.

I agree with the blonde being too high it kind of looks like your roots are out grown. You should definitely go back! No one should pay for something and leave unhappy! Call ahead of time and let her know so you don't make a big scene at the salon.

Well, number one is that she went up way too high. What she should have done, from looking at the picture of what you wanted, is give you subtle natural highlights and then hand painted the bottom.

And also tone it.

I agree with MalwaresMakeup. You have no idea how many times I went into a salon with a pony tail in my hair and came back out with my hair in a ponytail. Almost 95% of the time it's screwed up. I dye it and cut it myself. Instead of using your fingers though I'd sugest a really wide tooth comb. As for the "orange" try a toner. Or put in a honey brown at the ends instead. Start at the bottom and slowly work your way up so that the top is saturated the least amount of time.
