You can use band aids, circle stickers, dip a spare makeup brush in nail polish remover and clean it up

Left down is a french mani. I did it by putting a basecoat at the tip of my nails. let it dry, then apply white on it. I dipped a old small makeuo brush in nailpolish remover and made them look clean and nice. then I applyed second layer of basecoat at the "pink" part of nail and finish of with a topcoat over the whole naik.
