Do you have allergies by chance? Mine do that when the pollen's up really high. I like Eve Pearl salmon concealer, as it covers and helps heal. I also strongly recommend the clarisonic opal, it's pricey but when I use it nightly my under eye swelling, discoloration, and fine lines vanish! Hydroxatone(sp?) makes an intensive healing cream that I really love with the opal.

I second Marcela. Bobbi Brown correctors are awesome and worth it in my opinion. Its a life saver when I'm forced to use it.
