Coastal scent.com
My palette came with 8 different shades of concealer for about 14 I believe. Its holds up really good and I love it.

Reckon has really good stick concealers that come in lil lipstick tubes.
I would probably suggest getting a concealer that is 1/2shades lighter than your foundation. I wouldn't go too light because then you could see it if you don't blend enough.

As for brushes, I only have coastal scents. They're pretty good. Their bamboo blending brush is just like mac's 217 I think. I love my CS brushes. I would definitely buy then again

Try Maybelline dark circle eraser in neutralizer. For brushes definitely get EcoTools. They're so cheap and work amazing.

Go to Sephora and test out different formulas for your skin type. I like my concealer in a liquid form... it blends better for me!

I don't use a brush. I lightly tap it into my skin.
Make sure you set it so it doesn't move!
It cosmetics bye bye under eyes is AMAZING
