Yes, usually one has a different concealer for the under eye area. But if you only one then that works fine. I would recommend investing in a concealer that is 1-2 shades lighter than your foundation. And it's best to blend with your finger than with a brush.
When I say blend I don't mean rub the concealer under your eye area. Tap the product. The warmth of you skin and finger will help you blend as your tapping. Since concealer is very pigmented and concentrated you only need a lil.
