Zit on lip line HELP.

I have a zit right on the top of my lip Line! So embarrassed about it and I have to go to work tonight :( is there anything I can do to atleast make it smaller? I've tried a hot washcloth on it last night.

I heard that a dab of listerine can take away that zit in minutes, but it will most likely hurt if its already opened and irritated.
