Roaccutane is a powerful drug used to treat bad acne. It's been suggested I take it to clear up my skin but I've heard the side effects can be quite nasty. So if you have used it or are currently prescribed to the drug please let me know how you feel about taking it, what side effects you have had, and if it's working for you.

It cleared up my skin, but it made me have seriously dry lips/eye area, and it worsened my depression. Of course, it varies from people to people and there's all sorts of side effects with this medication. I switched over to doxycycline, which gave me the same results without the side effects. :)

I tried doxycycline but it did very little for my skin.
