Well obviously stop using any heat or at least use the least you can. Also, don't use shampoos or conditioners with sulfate and buy a good weekly/monthly anti-residue shampoo like the Neutrogena one. Lastly, deep condition! You can buy a fancy or drugstore hair mask pretty much anywhere but I personally recommend coconut oil. Just put it in your hair overnight or even just 15 minutes n then wash regularly. Hope this helped a bit, just know it will take a little while but don't be discouraged.

1. Get a humidifier in your room
2. Use coconut oil every day or every other day
3. Stop using heat
4. Scrunch it all the time to get it sort of used to curling again
5. Avoid heavy hair product for a while

If all hair products don't work or if all fails, I suggest seeing a hair stylist to get advice. I would start with finding hair treatment for damaged hair though.

Generally, once the curls have loosened like that, you can't really get them back because you have permanently altered the texture of your hair by heat. What would be best is to minimize the amount of heat you use and use heat protectants. You should let your hair grow back and cut as it's growing so your new growth can begin to become the majority of your length.
