I don't think anyone would notice, do you hair or/and makeup differently for sure. Don't care if other people care! If they it really annoys them that much, they have a problem.

Nobody will notice. But you can always change the dress a little. Maybe dye the fabric? Add some sequins or rhinestones? Add a belt? There's lots you can do to jazz up a dress.
