I return to School (high school) in 2 weeks, & I have no idea what I can do to my hair.. I have long hair up to my waist and it's really naturally straight, I would like to do a cute hair style on my hair preferably NOT an up-do, I'd love to do loose curls but idk how to make them stay on my hair since my hair is so straight. :-( PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have a similar problem, my hair doesn't hold curls very well, what I do is either use 2nd or 3rd day hair, or if my hair is freshly washed I will spray some hair spray in (or a sea salt spray or mousse) and then brush it out. Then I curl my hair as I normally would. Hope this helped. :)

I don't have this problem my self but did when I curled my friends hair. When curling your hair this may sound gross but it will stay on better if the hair is dirty or has products from the previous day. Curl the hair and once one curl is done roll it up and bobby pin the curl to your head and allow its to cool while you do the same to your hair. Once the curls are all over start to remove the bobby pins nd the the curl fall down. Spay each curl with hair spray, it's better to use a spray that will hold the curl with out looking like its been sprayed... Use Sebastian hairspray or the cheaper version that works just as well save professionals touchable finish light weight hold do this to each curl

Or look up sock bun curl on YouTube and try that it worked for my friend with your hair type and me

I'd say buns, pretty braids (in every which way!), or even braid and leave in over night then in the morning take it out and spray! It will give like a "beach wave" without curling! =)

if you braid your hair behind you, then run a straightener over it 5 or 6 times, you get really cute waves! you might want to put some hairspray/gel in it before & after you do it.
