Hairstyle for people with layers?!

I have lots of layers but it is hard to find hairstyles that work without my layers falling out or showing everywhere! Any suggestions?

I usually put it up in a bun, straighten it or curl it into waves
I think ponytails look so cute in layers, and when you braid just loosen the lower part of the braid up, in order to make it appear as if it has the same thickness everywhere.
French braid the sides and put it into a messy bun at the nape of your neck.
