Sonia Kashuk has great quality brushes at a pretty amazing price. Not only are they great but they are available at Target. They were my first real set of brushes and I still use some of them and recommend them to other people.

Eco tools at the drugstore, and sephora brushes are good.

Where do you live, Haley? Also, what do you mean by "blending brushes"? Eyeshadow brushes?

E.L.F blending brush is really good. That's the one I use. Although I buy higher end make up, i like my drugstore-priced brushes!
