I tried doing the newspaper nails but I didn't have rubbing alcohol so I used water instead cause I heard that works too but every time I tried it didn't work! Please help!:(

I've tried it with both but with water it didn't last when top coated so it may not work at all. Watch a couple videos on water newspaper nails on YouTube. And really press down on the paper(:

I tried brandy it worked even better but maybe even try beer next time,lol it sounds crazy but it might work.
