Maybe try nude tones, or light colors, they won't draw attention to the hands as much as bright colors.

Nude might extend the look of her fingers though? Like nude heels extends legs? I don't know! Maybe try dark nail polishes like purples and blues.

Not sure about nail colors but have your nails short! Its sort of like an illusion of bigger hands with longer nails(:

Dark colors just make your nails look shorter, they don't really do much for your hands.
