I was just wondering if anyone knew how to make your nails grow long and strong fast??(:

Sally Hansen's Grow Nails Grow really helped for me. Nails grow from the nail bed and to keep the nail bed healthy take care of your cuticles. I use it religiously and my nails are in great shape.

Yeah I have used sally hansen coloured polishes before and they are actually really good, I have trouble with my nails too so I might have to get some of that maximum growth polish. By the way sally hansen gem crush nails polish is the bomb!!
