Personally, I use the Urban Decay Primer Potion, but I also enjoy Too Faced Shadow Insurance and the Lorac primer (I forget the name of it). They're all three great, and keep my makeup on all day, upwards of 12 hours and my makeup is still perfect.

I like the urban decay eyeshadow primer, I have greasy eyelids though. There's different ones for different eyeshadows (sin for shimmer, greed for glitter, eden for matte, the original and the original that's anti-aging) it just depends on what your looking for! Too faced is awesome as well and same with the urban decay they have different kinds!

Tarte amazonian clay waterproof shadow primer- better than the urban decay eyeshadow primer in my opinion and I do not have oily lids! Also, it is on sale for $10 and you can get coupons online from tartecosmetics.com.
